As a former salon owner, Shawna Johnson understands the need for quality products that keep customers coming back and referring their friends.
Shawna opened her first salon with $1,000 in 1994, and grew it into one of Salon Today's "Top 200 Salons in the Nation".
More than five years ago, Shawna founded F.N. LongLocks to demystify the hair extension business. Unimaginable time and effort went into finding the absolute best product available on the market. To Shawna, having a superior product available to salons of any size and budget meant making a difference. |
Today, Shawna and the F.N. LongLocks Trainers share their expertise by educating stylists of all skill levels. Depending on the number of stylists, the F.N. LongLocks Training team, or Shawna herself, will travel to quality salons all across the country & share the knowledge and skills that are required to perfect the Fusion Natural remy hair extension process.
She also conducts workshops at major trade shows including:
A veteran of the hair industry since 1990, Shawna was nominated for Global Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006.

Stacey Oettinger - Trainer
Stacey Oettinger
started her career at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, MN. She then returned to her roots in Green Bay WI to practice her craft.
She grew from the first salon employee to current Tonic Salon owner. Stacey strives to keep balance in her busy lifestyle. She enjoys giving back. She recently traveled to India with Habit For Humanity to help build houses. |

Arista Grubbs - Trainer
Born and raised in the Joplin area, Arista has been doing hair for the
past 3 yrs.
Arista wasted no time in jumping into the glamorous field of Hair
Extensions and has now been on board with FN LongLocks for 2 yrs. She is
excited to be doing something not usually found smaller cities across the
US. Arista always states that her passion is teaching other stylist
trendy and creative ways of doing hair extensions.
Arista enjoys spending time with her 2 children and helping those who are
less fortunate. Her motto is "she truly finds happiness in the happiness
of others".

Robyn Paul - Trainer
Robyn has done hair since 1999 and has had a lot of fun learning new color and cut techniques. She has to be constantly challenged in this business and F.N. LongLocks has given the perfect opportunity to think outside the box. The biggest turn on with the company was the extensive training and affordability.
When Robyn brought her training back to the salon, everyone was so excited. Many hairdressers in the community were hungry for the knowledge, and so within a few short months Shawna and Robyn had taught almost 100 people in the surrounding area.
F.N. LongLocks is a very affordable fun way to boost your business and help your creativity as a hairdresser. Robyn lives in Joplin, MO and is the trainer for the surrounding area. |
